A cycling and upper arm exercise rolled into one. Coordination between leg and arm movement encourages balance whilst exercising too. *safety compliance.

Bicycle

A classic leg cycling motion increases blood flow in the lower body. This therapeutic repetitive action helps with balance and coordination and cardiovascular work outs. Exercising for 2, 4 or 6 minutes at this low resistance is suitable for all abilities.
