New designs
Through design modification based on feedback from our customers, Fresh-Air Fitness are able bring you great new design and functionality. Some of the recent changes have been in the internal engineering of the units helping to maximise safe use of the units.

Manufacturing processes
With our new production line for fabrication and painting we can uphold the high standards of manufacturing and finishing that you’d expect from Fresh-Air Fitness. The automated powder coating facility and [A.R.W] automated robot welding machine means that each unit is built to a highest specification.

Assembly
The hand assembled process allows our engineers to finish off each unit the highest standards and the six step quality control process means that every unit you order from Fresh-Air Fitness meets your expectations.

Testing
Our manufacturing process would be nothing without testing. Using some of the latest methods on product testing, each new design is tested to breaking point by subjecting it to 300,000 cycles of normal use and a host of abnormal use tests. Such thorough testing ensures that our kit will withstand what ever the public might throw at it. Salt spray and climate simulation tests subject the equipment to extreme conditions far beyond the expected climate conditions of the UK.
